Virtual Divorce Mediation

Joanne S. Nadell, Esq. and Atlantic Divorce Mediation offer all New Jersey residents the opportunity to mediate their divorce virtually in a calm, non-adversarial and efficient manner.

What are the personal benefits to virtual divorce? Clients don’t have to travel to my office but can virtually participate state-wide, clients can dress as casually as they wish, there’s no need to arrange childcare, weekday, after hours and weekend appointments are always available and bad hair days are irrelevant.

How does Virtual Divorce Mediation Work?

We engage the free service Zoom.us which allows each client to join Joanne in the “mediation or meeting” on their computer, tablet or phone. Each party can join the meeting from their own home or if living separately, on their own computers.

To conduct the mediation, the mediator “meets” and works with the clients as a neutral facilitator to help the couple resolve issues they face in their divorce matter.

In most cases, negotiations resolve issues of custody and parenting time, spousal support and child support as well as equitably distributing the couples’ marital assets and debts.

With the increased use of video teleconferencing technology, as well as the present onset of social distancing, our office can provide complete mediation services on-line without the need to physically travel and meet in person to conduct the mediation.
Atlantic Divorce Mediation offers a complimentary 30-minute consultation to assess if mediation is right for you and your spouse and explain the step-by-step process and answer any questions.

Call (732) 741-7776 to schedule an appointment or contact AtlanticDivorceMediation.com for more information.

We look forward to working with you.
